Our Father, You are an Eternal Wise God. We come to you today first asking you for forgiveness for any misrepresentation of You and Your Kingdom whether by word, deed, or thought. We thank you for your faithfulness to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness for whatever we ask with a contrite heart You are faithful in your Grace and Mercy to which we see day by day. We enter Your presence with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise as we enter a new season.
Today's Word is from Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 which declares that for everything there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven; a time to be born and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to pluck up; a time to kill and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance; time to throw away stones and a time to gather; a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek and a time to lose; a time to keep and time to throw away; a time to tear and a time to sew; a time to keep silence and a time to speak; a time to love and a time to hate; a time for war and a time for peace.
It is You God, who change the seasons of life we’re in when You're ready to change something about us. Here, we need to open up the eyes of our understanding to how God has revealed that the seasons have meaning-Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall-both spiritually and naturally. He has been gracious to us to give us a time to rest, grow, be fruitful then prepare to rest again. If there is an earth, there will be seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease. In all that we see, we see His marvelous creation.
As we see creation created by The Creator, we are grateful to be aware that we too are new creations walking in the light of the Creator. Together, we can thank Him for in these days which are numbered many can be added to The Kingdom daily. We welcome more vessels which are readied for the Masters use. God, we can thank You for those who have come to the knowledge of Your saving Grace and for those who are on their way. We ask that you continue to prepare their hearts and transform them by the renewing of their minds as they come with a surrendered heart only to be in service to the King of Kings and The Lord of Lords. We thank you that their feet are precious as they too will write Your Word on the tablets of their hearts, letting their light shine so men will see their good works and glorify You in Heaven. We are exceeding grateful that we are walking into a great season of harvest.
Father, we humbly ask that you dispatch Your angels to keep guard on the north south, east, and west of all who have come and all who are coming into the knowledge of The Kingdom of God and of Heaven. Father there are some who are coming and are heavy laden so that you can give them rest as they begin to walk in the light of Your love. We thank you for inclining your ear to hear our prayer and supplication, making our requests to You for we know that the peace of God will surpass all understanding and keep our hearts through Christ Jesus.
May each day of every season be one in which all humbly submit their prayers boldly via the words of our mouths and the meditation of our hearts. Happy Spring to all. In Jesus' name Amen!
